rml Automate at SAITL


rml would like to thank Margaret and her team at SAITL Dairy Laboratories in Te Rapa for the continued automation opportunities we have been able to complete. The latest, just commissioned, is a fully automated Inhibitory Substances Robot Loading System. This rml solution receives full trays of racks with lidded vials, and presents the racks mixed and with vial lids open to a waiting robot. When testing is complete, rmls solution automatically closes the vial lids and returns them to finished trays. Following the successful performance of the many rml solutions installed at SAITL over the last two years, SAITL have also contracted rml to provide a full service and preventative maintenance ensuring the equipment continues to provide reliable service.
